Four Seasons Park
Four Seasons Park is a development of thirty-three park holiday homes in a gated community located off Labour-in-Vain road near the A20 on land that was originally part of Butts Hill Farm. Whilst not strictly residential and in the Parish of Wrotham, the development has been included for completeness.
The Pheasants
The property is on the site of a bungalow built by Fred Burgess in the 1950s and named Snail Creep which was demolished and rebuilt in 1984. The property is in the Parish of Wrotham.
New Bungalow, Butts Hill Farm
This property was newly built in about 1960 and formed the HQ of Butts Hill farm and the caravan site that eventually became four Seasons Park. It had a new roof with dormers and was extended in 2000. The property is in the Parish of Wrotham
Coppas
This building was converted from a wooden hicken shed just after WW2 and was the original farmhouse for Butts Hill Farm. It was separated from the farm in about 1960 was enlarghed and remodelled in 2000. The property is in the Parish of Wrotham.
