Whilst Haven Hill is outside the Stansted Parish boundary the lane runs parallel with the boundary and joins Pease Hill, parts of which are within the parish. Pease Hill then joins South Ash Road. Kipling

One of three plots sold by Ivor Stoneham’s father in 1953 for £250 each (Temeraire and Willowburn were built on the other two). Consent had been given in 1950 for three cottages for agricultural workers. The bungalow was built on a vacant plot sometime between 1953 and 1963. The property was extended in 1983 and at the front in 1993. A further rear extension was built in 2007. The property is in the Parish of Ash-cum-Ridley.

Haven Manor

Haven Manor was built after World War 2 when the original three cottages on the site were destroyed by a V1 rocket during the late stages of the Battle of Britain. The property was extensively rebuilt/ remodelled again in 2022. The property is in the Parish of Ash-cum-Ridley.
