The property is in the Parish of West Kingsdown. Built in the 1940s post war period as one property along with Jayflight. Operated as a kennels and cattery pre-1999.

Woodlands Garden Centre

The property is in the Parish of West Kingsdown.

Woodlands House

The property is in the Parish of West Kingsdown. Built in 1971 as a house by the owners, the Barr family, who owned Woodlands Garden Centre. Footings were poured on Decimalisation Day (15 Feb. 1971) and newly minted coins were distributed amongst the footings. The ground floor now operates as The Twig and Spoon restaurant.

White Rose House

This house predates the 1911 census when it was known as St. Helens. Its name was changed to Wychlyn before WW2 and it was renamed White Rose House sometime after 2002.

Mulberry House

This property was originally known as Packham, later Pecklands Farm, and was included in the 1841 list of tithe rents when it was owned by Henry Hills. It had 2 acres of land which was arable consisting of fruit and hops. A number of outbuildings were removed and a 2-storey extension was built in 2004.

Copper Beeches

The current property was built in 1981 and replaced what was the ‘White House Tea Rooms’. The original property fronted onto London Road (A20) and was first listed in the 1911 census.
